Detail
No formal response was received from the national environmental authorities to the information requests submitted. Although municipal environmental awareness-raising initiatives exist, there is no single national registry or standardised methodology that would make it possible to consolidate and audit the figures, including a definition of an “aware citizen”, mechanisms to prevent double counting across channels and events, reporting frequency and minimum evidence requirements.
With fragmented data and no verifiable baseline, it is not possible to monitor progress towards the target of 1,000,000 people. The “No information” classification is maintained until a national count based on standardised criteria and periodic data series is published.
